It changes depending on the age difference between the couple and I believe also where you live. From what I understand the is a "Romeo and Juliet" clause saying you can have a sexual relationship with a minor if you are within 3 years if age of one another. but laws like these are complicated and in some cases you could be charged with statutory rape.
