There is no law stating that a child has to ride in the rear seat of a vehicle. For safety reasons, it is better for a child to ride in the rear seat due to the fact of many recorded deaths involving children and airbags.
It is safer for the child to ride in the back seat. Front seat riding is allowed if in a pick-up truck.
In most places in the US a child of that age must sit in a car seat placed in the back seat.
When they are 13 years old.
Cars safety rules say 12+ but I was sitting in the front when i was 10
A four year old can NOT sit in the front of any vehicle not to mention a pickup truck. If a four year old was in the front seat of a pickup and you crashed the air bag will deploy. Air bags can break the ribs of a fully developed adult, imagine what it can do to a four year old! Please, DO NOT LET YOUR FOUR YEAR OLD, OR ANY CHILD WHO HAS NOT FULLY DEVELOPED YET SIT IN THE FRONT OF ANY VEHICLE. Yours Truly, Anonymous
The legal age is 12-13, so yes. (I live in Virginia.)
If you consult the buckleupnc.org website, the recommendation is to keep your child in the back seat as long as possible. Children under 5 should always be in the backseat...but then it gets a little fuzzy. The recommendation is that children 1-12 should sit in rear seats whenever possible. My understanding is that once your child is age 12, they are usually tall enough to withstand the effect of an airbag deploying at 150-200 mph. FYI, over half the deaths caused by airbag deployment have been in children sitting in the front passenger seat.

Yes, but if there is a air bag it has to be turned off and the child must be in a booster seat.
A six year old can be placed in the front seat but they must use a booster seat if they are under 135cm tall. Under no circumstances should a rear facing booster seat be used in the front seat.
A 9 year old child can ride in the front seat of a car. It is important that they are buckled in and can sit still.
The Corvette has always been known for being a two seat, sports car. They have never built a 4 seater, other than maybe a concept, which I have never seen, and I have seen most of them.
Use your key on the left side by the seat. turn it counterclockwise. and the front seat should pull off. Once you remove the front seat there are two releases to remove the rear seat.
