There is a logical flaw in the question. The moment such a site was designated as the least most popular, it would then become a LOT more popular due to this search. Then the next site would takes its place and befall the same fate and so on...

It is similar to the list of interesting numbers... number 40 ( I recall) is listed as the first unintersting number, which then DOES make it interesting
