I think it is about 12-13 years old is seen as the age they can make a decision like that.
They have to be 18,
When the child is 18.
No. You can choose when you are 18.
you can either be happy about it (i highly doubt it), or you can choose which parent to live with, or live with a different relative
His parents got divorced and he was forced to choose who to live with. He lived with his Dad.
The law says 18. The old one said 12.
When they are 18.
If you want to live with your mom you can choose don't let your dad choose for you because he will not give you a choice he will tell you your living with me and that's that take it from me my mom and dad are divorces to its not nice.
The child does not actually get to choose where they live. At 15, the judge will take the child's wishes (along with other things) into consideration, but in the end, it is the judge that makes the final decision, not the child. this is not true in qld Australia u can choose where u want to live wants u turn 18
