It's on the world map. Unless you haven't unlocked the area yet. In that case you need to do the quest. Look in the Book of Lore and do the story line quest. If you have not gotten the Book of Lore yet then you will have to go to the intro area. Its located by walking down out of Battleon. As a shortcut you can type "/join shadowfall" and go directly there.
