∙ 16y agoIf the lump moves easily, it is most likely a benign fatty-tissue structure called a lipoma. These are common in the lumbar region myofascial tissues, and often are not treated.
If the lump is painful and/or does not move easily, I would get a medical evaluation to rule out other conditions. See link below for further information on lipomas.

I have made an appt with his Dr. I hope she can tell me what to do. I had family over this weekend, and they asked if he was ashamed of his height, I said no, he likes that he is taller than his twin, although the grandson I'm talking about is only 5ft6 Please help.
