There are three bones in the arm. The upper arm (between shoulder and elbow) is the humerous.

The lower arm (between elbow and wrist) has two bones. The one on the thumb side is the radius and the other is the ulna.

Technically the arm is the part of the upper limb that lies between the shouler and elbow joints and contained only one bone, the Humerus. This is also the largest bone in the upper limb.
