What is the meaning of Reverse Pull Marketing - also known as 'RPM'? |
[Edit] |
Reverse Pull Marketing is a marketing technique that encourages potential customers to ask questions about a product and actively seek more information for themselves instead of being "pushed" towards a certain product.
RPM works in situations where a potential customer is already familiar with a product but because of the RPM techniques used feels compelled to learn more about the product, which opens the door to other selling techniques such as push marketing.
