Well my experience with that was I had a girlfriend and a bunch of drama happened and I tried contacting her to calmly talk to her and see what we can work out. and then she called me from a blocked number and said " try to call me now you D@&K" and hung up. So I tried and that message popped up so I presume she blocked me.
