Will also has problems with relationships because if he becomes attached to someone, he may start to trust them, and he is afraid that they will end up leaving him. Prime example of this- his relationship with Minnie Driver in the movie when she was going to California, she has a lot of money, and he was afraid that the relationship was just so she can show him off and she would just dump him later on once he was out there with her. He also never said "I love you" back to Minnie's character in the movie.
