∙ 10y agoMy prince albert hurt like hell but so did my APA and my nipples. I'd have to say for a dude the APA or the AMP. For the ladies I'm not sure. Anal piercing have got to be the grossest.
i have 10 peircings, on my right ear i have two on my lobes they hurt a little bit but not too much and on my right cartalage i have 3 peircings, i have noticed from the top of the cartalage and go down it hurts more so the farther you go down the more it hurts, now on my left ear i have two more on my lobes, and two on the left cartalage, and finally i have my nose peirced, that one didnt hurt very much at all i was a little scared but it wasnt that bad. for me my peircings hurt more after than when the needle goes in. but many people have different pain tolerance. so the exsperence of a needle going through your body is different for everyone.

∙ 14y agoEar lobes and helix didn't hurt that much for me, although the catilege seems to hurt more or less from person to person. I have my rook pierced and that hurt quite a bit. I presume that rook, conch, snug and tragus piercings would hurt all about the same because they're all through think cartilege.

Which piercing is the most painful?
Ultimately the most painful piercing is any piercing done by an amateur. In the hands of a professional body piercer, even piercings that you would consider painful are not so bad. A lot of it has to do with your mind set and who is doing the actual piercing. If you have your mind made up about your piercing that helps, next it's the person doing the piercing, if they are good the piercing should be smooth and simple. Now for locations that would be considered painful. Exotics (any piercing below the waist line) in the hands of a professional are not bad, we have out tricks to make the whole experience a lot easier. This also applied to nipples, understanding the area and it's structure allows us to pierce it without the "you tube" drama you see in some videos. Do your research and find a piercer who is really experienced (better than 5 years actually piercing). Experience doesn't mean they have a whole bunch or piercings, I know people who are covered in piercings and they still can't pierce, training and continued studying is the key.
