What is the most reliable car? |
[Edit] |
Answer
That is a very subjective question and of course it is open to interpretation. Many believe the Saturn to be the most reliable with the added advantage of it being made in the United States, it is good economic sense to help the finances of the country and keep other U.S. citizens employed. Although Ford is coming up the ranks and even passing Toyota on small car reliability and truck reliability.
Answer
general rule of thumb is honda/toyota/nissan/Ford have the best reliability. of course, if you rev a honda to 8K rpms through every gear, every day, then its not going to last very long. toyota even has those commercials out these days that state their cars are made here in the USA! i dont know this for a fact, but i would imagine the other japanese companies assemble their cars here too. if youre the type to stay faithful to the US by buying american brand cars, then keep in mind that alot of "American" cars are assembled in mexico and canada. The most cars built in the USA by a USA company is Ford the other 2 of the big three are pretty much Mexican.
