Where in Mexico? It's a huge nation. In the USA, it can vary between 60 sunlight hours in January in Seattle, to 240 sunlight hours in January in Phoenix. I have a map of Jan sunlight hours (don't remember where I found this online) for the USA but not Mexico. Tijuana-SD is between 200-220. El Paso is just under 240. And 160 hours where the Rio Grande empties into the Gulf.
