windows media player. download it to your laptop first then get your USB connector and connect your laptop to your mobile [or MP3 player] and synch the music.[download it to your mobile]. THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE ON WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER AS FAR AS I KNOW
first you have to go to music and tones and then click sync . Their will be a pop up window that will say use windows media center and you click okay .next you have to go into windows media center if you have a windows or any other type of computer except for mac(i actually didn't do it for the mac) then u have to download it from iTunes or free music but i would prefer the free music then if u have the song then you have to click save target as and save it as whatever you want but i prefer saving it to desktop or a folder but after that you have to drag the song and if you have windows media center on the right hand side it will say sync music and you are done hope this was helpful
There are a couple of "winter" pictures on my copy of Vista; one showing snow, the other showing northern lights.

Normally Windows will use the My Pictures folder under My Documents. Try going to My Computer / "username"'s Documents / My Pictures.
Paint
No. Windows DVD Maker maxes up and limits to 999 pictures, Windows DVD Maker says that you can only do 999 pictures because it says 999 pictures is enough
Not sure which commercial you are referring to.
If by animating you simply mean drawing a number of pictures and watching them play back to appear as a cartoon (like 'The Simpsons' or 'Family Guy'), then I would suggest using 'Macromedia Flash' or drawing the pictures and putting them together using 'Windows Movie Maker' (if you are using a Windows computer)If by animating you mean an actually 3D animation picture, then I cannot help you. I'm not experienced in making 3D things, but I've heard that movies like 'Shrek' have been made by creating the pictures in a program called 'VectorWorks'Sorry if this doesn't help you, but I hope you appreciate my attempt at answering your question.
Well if you intend to download pictures from the camera, all you will need to do is plug the camera into your windows 7 computer and (possibly) turn on your camera. then windows 7 will bring up a small menu that will ask what you wish to do. simply click import pictures and windows 7 will do the rest (the pictures will be in a folder dated by the day you imported the pictures)
In your operating system, open a Find dialog and configure it to display pictures. In Windows, this is done with the key combination Windows+F.
windows advert is the first program you see on your desktop showing you the product you are using.
One can view pictures of the Microsoft Windows Vista program by going to the website Google Images. One may also visit the website 'photobucket' where there are over 3,000 results for pictures of the Windows Vista program.
Windows 8 is commercial. You need to by a Windows 8 book.
