There isn't really a specific normal BP for a 11 year old boy, but here are some guidelines:
BP should be about 120/80 at the highest
BP should not be lower than 90/60
BP preferably should be around 100/65 to 115/75
According to the 10th edition of Emergency Care: A normal blood pressure for a 6-10 year old is (80-122)/69. The systolic (80-122) should be approximately 80 + 2 x age(yrs). The diastolic (69) is only an average. It should be approximately 2/3 of the systolic (80-122).

To calculate this, you must know your child's height centile. This can be obtained from charts available on the internet or from your local family doctor. Contact me privately if you wish to have this centile calculated.
You must then use this table to calculate the average blood pressure for your child.
http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/guidelines/hypertension/child_tbl.pdf
If you look on the left hand side, where it says BP percentile, the 50th percentile is what 50 out of 100 children will have as their BP, 95 is the top 5 highest out of 100 children etc.
Introduction Blood pressure, pulse rate and respiratory rate are the routine vital signs measured in medicine. These vital signs remain relatively constant throughout our adult life. However, as infants and children grow and age, the normal range changes. Two tables of normal vital signs for the pediatric population are presented below. Age (yr) Respiratory Rate (breaths/min) Heart Rate (beats/min) <1 30-60 100-160 1-2 24-40 90-150 2-5 22-34 80-140 6-12 18-30 70-120 >12 12-16 60-100 Lower limits of systolic pressure†

What is the normal heart rate for a 79 female with diabeties, high cholesterol and high blood pressure
Your blood pressure is fine but your heart rate is a little high so you should ask your doctor about that. I know that a normal resting heart rate runs between 55 to 60 bpm. But you might want to talk to your doctor about and ask why you have a normal blood pressure but a seemingly high heart rate.
Very normal! Normal is 60-100. My resting was never above 60, most peoples are ~72.
By definition it wouldn't be "normal" to have a high pulse rate. If it was, it wouldn't be called high. But the pulse can be high for several reasons, nervousness, exertion, fighting off a cold...
completely normal
A giraffe's normal blood pressure is 240/160.

to make sure that your blood pressure is not above or below the normal rate.

After exercise, blood pressure returns to your normal resting rate after 10 minutes or more. A significant drop in blood pressure after stopping exercising may indicate that you have an underlying heart condition.
Does blood pressure affect your heart rate? Regular heart rate is 60-100. Increase in heart rate within this normal range increases cardiac output and blood flow/volume; therefore, increases blood pressure. In healthy people, even with heart rate increase, there is not an important spike in blood pressure, because healthy vessels will dilate to accommodate more blood flow. The increase in blood pressure is usually small and doesn't pose risks. Increased heart rate and cardiac output decreases blood pressure if heart rate is extremely high. When heart rate is high (out of normal range 60-100 beats per minute), there is no time for the heart to fill with blood (preload) resulting in low stroke volume; therefore, reduced blood pressure. Remember, the heart spends more time in diastolic (preload time) than systolic (contraction of the heart). When heart rate is too high, this normal diastolic time is reduced which contribute to low stroke volume and low blood pressure. stroke volume is affected by Preload, Afterload, and Contractility
A heart rate of 79 is fairly normal. It's the blood pressure you need to measure; that's where the danger lies.
when heart rate increases, blood pressure rises. When heart rate decreases, blood pressure drops. medications, and diseases affects the blood pressure. Source: About Blood Pressure
The higher the blood pressure the faster your heart rate
