In the US and UK, the acceptable blood pressure is generally measured as 120(systolic) over 80 (diastolic). However, the desirable blood pressure is anywhere from 90-119 systolic over 60-79 diastolic. Anything above 120/80 could indicate Prehypertention, and anything below 90/60 could indicate Hypotension, both potentially serious conditions, if left untreated.
