It is the Zeliska 600 Nitro Express Revolver There seems to be no limit to how big a revolver someone will build. This is a big one (almost as big as the fake .50 BMG revolver posted earlier). The case is 3 inches long and the cartridge overall length is 3.7 inches. The bullet is actually .620 inches in diameter, and is typically 900gr in weight. It's was made to custom order by Pfeifer-Waffen of Austria. Here are the cartridge specs. (You can also order it in .458 Win Mag.)
