All Suzuki RM's up the the late 80's use 20:1 ratio. That's right, 20:1. Don't be fooled into thinking less oil is better somehow. I have 5 Suzuki RM's that all get this mix ratio and they all run perfect. And believe it or not, they do not smoke. These old motors need that much oil to survive. Use less and you will suffer the consequences.
Buy yourself a 1 gallon gas tank and a Mix-Right cup for $5 at your local motorcycle shop. Mix one gallon at a time and you'll always get the perfect mix.
With Ethanol being added indiscrimately to our gas be careful where you buy gas too. If you can find alcohol free gas buy it. If you have to use gas with alcohol added I suggest you re-shake your mix in-tank before each ride as it tends to un-mix itself if it sits. Also, it's a good idea to drain you fuel tank when the bikes isn't being riden for an extended period of time. The Ethanol will destroy plastic and rubber if left in contact too long. Thank the US Congress for their un-scientific approach to fuel management!
>I would say 50 to 1 which is 100ml of 2-stroke oil to every 5 liters of fuel.
>I use 4 ounces (use a baby bottle) per i gallon of fuel. Dump the 2 cycle from the >bottle to gas can and give a quick shake.
You need the mixture of gas and oil mixture for 2004 YZ 125 in the ratio 1:32.
The correct gas oil mixture for these bikes is 32:1, premium gas is also recommended.
50:1
32:1 ratio
20 parts oil to 1 gallon of gasoline 20:1
probably 50:1
For a 1982 RM250 2-stroke the gas and oil mixture is 32:1. For the engine oil it is 10w 30. The best to get is castrol full synthetic.
