The oldest I've heard of that were likely permanent are houses on the Isle of Man. 9000 years old.

The oldest evidence of 'structures' ever are in Japan, from about 500,000 years ago, a hut. But since it was built by Homo Erectus, not Homo Sapiens, it may not fall under the category of "man" made.

There are several claimants to the "oldest standing structure" which include the pyramids of Egypt, the stone temples of Malta, and the Knap of Howar (Scotland). All of these pre-date written records.

It is a structure called Newgrange in Ireland. It was made approx. 6,000 years ago, which is longer than the Eygptian Pyramids or Stonehenge. Newgrange was most likely used as an ancient religious site. During the fall or spring equinox, the sun is at an angle that makes it light up the center-chamber of the structure for a couple of minutes.
