Nursing leadership is a combination of personality traits, administrative skills and talents which enable a nurse to excel in the profession. also can establish these goals while maintaining a balance between legal ,leadership must be technical skill is the practical and in-depth knowledge of a specialized filed in health care means awareness of clinical quality and physician issues, comprehension of the legal nature of corporation and organization structure , experience and competence in working with broad of trust .Administrative skill relate to office organization and management whish include ability to forecast , budget and develop monitoring mechanisms ,competence in coordinating and scheduling active ,experience with running meeting, knowledge of setting strategic planning objective .Human resources skill ability to take charge of work ,worker and work environment delegating duties ,creating and sustaining a positive ,motivating environment giving appraisal and feed back ,resolving and controlling conflict and managing stress (Carsonf.Dy 2007)
