he was a child of an affair with Zeus and so hera or juno wanted him dead so she gave him a lot of anger he killed his wife and children and went to the oracle to be relived from his sin he was then sent to king eurystheus for 12 yrs and in those 12 yrs he accomplished 12 labors he ws then killed by his third wife with her not knowing she was tricked by thinking she was giving him love potion he then joined the gods in mout Olympus and married hera's daughter.
