The perception in the United States of America is that all US citizens and all laws are the same. They are NOT! Out of state hunters often find that out the hard way! Remember this...each state is like a foreign country; THEY HAVE DIFFERENT LAWS! Example(s): Shooting a black bear in Louisiana might be a felony...where as in Washington state they might allow TWO black bears to be killed per hunter per year. Those are two completely different laws (one state makes you a convicted felon while the other state lets you be a regular sportsman); and yet we're all from the same country...the USA! You MUST read Georgia Hunting Laws!
