Most likely, as in MOST states, all hunting violations are punishable by up to a year in jail plus fine. Even not signing your name across the face of a federal duck stamp is punishable by up to a year in jail.

Generally, FISH & GAME violations are MISDEMEANORS. Misdemeanors are punishable by jail time. Naturally the vast majority of violators are simply fined, but they'll always have that arrest record for the rest of their lives.

There is a different price for a hunting license everywhere, if you are hunting with a license there is no fine, however, without one if you are hunting illegally there is a fine and that also varies according to the area.

How much hunting licenses cost varies by state, by season, and by age. A hunting license might cost as little as $7 for a senior citizen who is a resident in the state where the hunting will take place.

No way to tell- since a licesne is not always required. In Virginia, I may hunt on my own property with no license required.
