it all depends on your local laws, and what type of photos are involved. if, horrificaly, they are of a lewd or provocoative manner, and depending on the age of the children involved, id say the person would be facing child pornography charges, at the very least. if they were transmitted to others, this would make a very grave situation indeed, for distribtion of said pictures.

Youd have to go based on what type of photos they are, ages of children, and local laws...if you have access to the photos without endangering yourself, do NOT save them to your computer by any means, simply take them, in situ..(how they were found) to your local law enforcement agency, or call them out to you so that allegations of faking them cannot be made. If they arent pornographic, but still depict harm or injury, do the very same thing, they could make or break a case for police.
