According to the BBC all but approximately 1 million people in the UK have no requirement for a TV Licence. It would be impossible to calculate the true percentage of people who do not utilise or have access to the BBC's services (TV, Radio or Online) but it is safe to assume that the figure would be very low. I would personally estimate it at less than 5%.

The percentage of the UK population that uses Sky Mobile TV is about 49.6%. Sky Mobile TV is getting more and more popular as people use it. It offers great services to the consumers.
From my research it looks as though 26 million UK addresses are registered with a tv license so if you average that at 4 per household that would give you about 104 million people who could watch tv OH AND THEY TURN IT ON WITH A BUTTON ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE PEOPLE FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF Considering there are approximately 61.1 million people living in the UK, that's pretty impossible. Better check that research again. It's not rocket science.

Many of the BBC UK radio stations are now available to international users through the BBC iplayer website, so you don't need a UK IP address. These may have restrictions on bitrate compared to UK versions, but these are gradually being lifted.
