The percentage of women getting pregnant during menstruation is exactly 0% - it's biologically impossible to get pregnant during menstruation as there is no egg present for sperm to fertilise. It is however possible to get pregnant as a result of sex during menstruation as although there is no egg it is possible for a woman to have fertile quality cervical mucus present, this can allow sperm to live for up to a week and by that time she may have ovulated. There are no figures on how many women get pregnant this way, it would be impossible to keep track of those sort of figures.

Zero - it is biologically impossible to menstruate while pregnant.

Menstruation is a specific bodily function, when an egg is not fertilised the uterine tissue breaks-down ready for the next cycle. If you fall pregnant your body prevents menstruation in order to stop the uterine lining breaking down which could result in a loss of the pregnancy, and to stop ovulation.

Women can bleed during pregnancy but this is not the same as menstruation and it's important to recognise the difference between menstruation and vaginal bleeding. There are various reasons for bleeding during pregnancy, but if a woman is bleeding while pregnant she should seek medial attention.

No one actually has a menstruation during pregnancy or they would miscarry, you can sometimes 'spot' which is light bleeding due to the embryo implanting itself in your womb.
