This is not a phobia. Nor is it an anxiety. There are no labels for a person who has a fear of 'midgets'.

The word 'midget' is itself widely acknowledged to be an abusive term, usually applied to people of very short stature. The word 'midget' is widely considered to be a stereotype.

A person who has a fear of 'midgets' is, most properly addressed by their name - jimmy, alphonse, jennie and so forth: there is no group noun.

A fear of anything may be realistic or non-realistic - it depends upon the particular cirumstances and situation in which the fear is aroused. Some fears are healthy for humans eg. fear of being run over while crossing the road - the fear triggers alertness for real possibilities.
