Number 387 oblong white tablet is made by the generic manufacturer Watson. It is a generic version of Vicodin 5/500, or Lortab 5/500 or many other brand name medications that contain Hydrocodone bitartrate and Acetaminiphen. Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever often used as a substitute for codeine for moderate pain. Acetaminiphen is a non-narcotic analgesic most commonly known by it's brand name Tylenol.

Everything is true, with the exception for strength: 7.5mg/750mg. And, to be exact, Tylenol's generic name is Acetaminophen.

Pardon the error I was working from memory. The Watson generics are as follows, Imprint code: Watson 357 is 2.5mg Hydrocodone Bitartrate & 500mg APAP (Acetaminophen), I-Code: Watson 387 is 7.5mg Hydro & 750mg APAP(as the correction states), I do not believe Watson makes any other generic Hydro/APAP, but more strengths available from other generic companies are 10/650, 7.5/500, 10/500, and 10/325, 7.5/325, 5/325.

And also "to be exact" I had already stated in the last line of my explanation that: "Acetaminiphen is a non-narcotic analgesic most commonly known by it's brand name Tylenol." But thank you for the other correction.
