It's still a pixel. The term, 'pixel', isn't limited to just a 2-D representation.
I think its the vertex.

if the 3D image is a flattened one as in photoshop or a computer screen its still a pixel - in a CAD type program there are no pixels, only math coordinates for points and formula describing the lines and objects and fills
