Katniss is forced to do The Hunger Games (AGAIN) and this time promises to protect Peeta at all costs. The districts are having rumored rebellions and the existence of district thirteen is questioned. The capital will not stand idle as Katniss is pushed into being the symbol for rebellion. Tributes at the quarter quell have a plan that centers around Peeta and Katniss but they can't know. Katniss defies the capital(intentionally and unintentionally) and te capital is prepared to punish all the districts..... and everyone Katniss love especially

Basically what happens is that it's the 75th Hunger Games (every 25 years, there is a thing they call the Quarterly Quell, where each district has to send in twice the amount of kids they do originally.)and they are mad at Peeta and Katniss for tricking them into letting both win. So for punishment, they make them go back into the Games again.

It's a year after the previous games, and Katniss is chosen again along with Peeta to the Hunger Games. In fact, the tributes had all won the Games at least once. They ally up with a man named Finnick and they work together to win. I don't think that Games was actually completed because Katniss breaks an invisible barrier and explodes the entire place somehow, and the three of them end up in a hospital.

*(spoiler alert)* The narrative is the it's the quarter quell and it is something made when the games were started. It can be nearly any thing like two times the tributes . But in catching fire it is previous victors will go to the arena and fight which end up being Katniss and Peta for 12.
