It depends on whether you are available for an upgrade or not. To check just text some number, I think it's like 611 and they will tell you if you're available. But annywayyyy.... if you happen to be available which pretty much means you have had the same iPhone and plan for a full year, the 3G's will cost $199 for the 16GB, and $299 for the 32GB. IF you are not available for an upgrade, it is $299 for the 16 GB and $399 for the 32 GB.
