try using the baby shampoo (Jonson-Jonson) that helps children prevent tears. it doesn't burn you inside.
consider that any lotion that does not give a burning feeling to the eyes or the nasal sinuses, then it definitely works for the anus too.

In most Western cultures, Toilet paper is used for anal cleansing.

However, it is best to leave the inner sections of the anus/rectum alone, as washing it can lead to a Hypertonic state, and you will become constipated, at best. Just let nature do the work.
