To me the rarest Pokemon in pearl is manaphy. Yes I have a Manaphy its so strong to. Its stronger than my palkia. So there you have it.
Also aother reason its so rare is because you can only get it from Pokemon ranger once.

My favorite rare Pokemon is Arceus. I have him, and he beat the whole elite four without any max potions or anything. He was the only Pokemon in my party. He is MEGA strong! Another one of my favorites is Mew. She is sooo cute, and absolutly strong! She kicks butt lol! Well, hoped that helped yah lol
Manaphy is not very rare I have 13 of them! I got them from Dawn's little sister in Sandgem Town! She will say there is swarm of Manaphy on route 207.. Manaphy is not rare like I said! BTW I love Pokemon and all the Pokemon rangers and trainers!! But my favorite Pokemon is Skitty and my two favorite trainers are Dawn & Ash Ketchum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
