mix salt, black pepper, and MSG with about 12 times as much flour. dust the chicken with the flour mix. mix 1 egg with 1 cup whole milk (blend well). Put 1 gallon (or so) vegetable oil into a pressure cooker, and heat it up. Dip the chicken into the milk then dip it into the flour mix again to coat it well. Fill the pressure cooker with the chicken then cook it under about 13 psi pressure until done ... about 30 minutes.

Note: I'm sure someone will disagree with me but independent analyses of KFC chicken yielded nothing more than salt, pepper, msg and flour in their recipe.

for "extra crispy" make a batter of the flour mix with the milk before coating the chicken.

Some have suggested the secret really lies in brining the chicken before cooking. Having eaten KFC I find it hard to believe the chicken might have been brined since it isn't as juicy as any brined chicken I've ever eaten.
