First you must shave the ice cubes into a cup. You can do this with a grinder or some sort of shaver by hand. Or you could buy a hand-cranked shaver just for shaving ice. Check your local grocery store or Walmart - they actually sell these. While you're there, pick up the flavoring syrup.
