Boiling point is nothing but point at which liquid starts changing from liquid state to vapor state. liquid changes to vapor when vapor pressure equal to surrounding pressure. so if surrounding pressure is less boiling point is less and boiling point is high if surrounding pressure is high this point is on view of pressure

The lower the atmospheric pressure, the lower the boiling point of the liquid. For example, at sea level, water boils right at 100 degrees Celsius, but at a high elevation where the atmospheric pressure is lower, the water will boil at below 100 degrees Celsius. This is why some recipes have high-altitude directions, allowing for this property.
The higher the air pressure, the higher the temperature of the boiling point.

The lower the air pressure is, the lower the temperature of the boiling point.

In fact, in very high places like Mt Everest, the boiling point of water is so low that it is difficult or impossible to cook food.

The boiling point of a liquid is the point (temperature) at which the vapor pressure of that liquid is equal to the atmospheric pressure. So, as the atmospheric pressure decreases (like on top of a mountain), the boiling point of a liquid also decreases.
