Parasitism is a symbiotic relationship usually between two organisms where one benefits and one is harmed from the relationship. A good example is tape worms, which develop in the human stomach and eat the food the human consumes... so the tapeworm is benefitting from getting food but the human becomes sick since they aren't getting any nutrients!
