Berney Arms, in the middle of the Norfolk Broads. The station serves a pub in the middle of nowhere and is unique among British railway stations for not having any road access whatsoever. You can get there by boat, or by walking several miles. The station is on one of the lines from Norwich to Great Yarmouth.

Without a map to hand to verify it, I believe there is one in the middle of the Scots Highlands which is probably even more remote, at least from any town or village.
