the frog is adapted to its habitat by .... I assume you are referring to the common frog and frogs in general as there are hundreds of subspecies each with different characteristics.

Frogs in general are excellent swimmers (amphibians) and are regarded as excellent jumpers. Many of the anatomical characteristics of frogs, such as long powerful legs, are there to enhance jumping performance, for moving swiftly on land etc.

They have permeable skin to aid living in water and can move easily on land. Typically they lay eggs in puddles, ponds or small lakes. Their young are titled tadpoles, and live only in water, and are born with gills but no legs. As the frog matures the gills are lost and legs are grown.

The morphology of frogs also happens to be unique in amphibians to their species, due to their lack of tail and legs more suited to jumping than walking.

Hope this helps

They eat insects, which keeps the number of insects in check. Their eggs are eaten by some other animals (such as fish) which makes them prey, and when they die, their bodies' nutrients are returned to the earth and help plants to grow. Some of the less sturdy species might also serve as "canaries in coal mines," meaning that their mutations (multiple legs, etc) might be warning signs that the environment is polluted.
