here is a nice diagram of the routing ( http://autorepair.about.com/library/illustrations/bl869a-lib.htm ) The page says New Yorker but its the same engine ( I think). I also read somewhere else that its easier to change it ( I assume that's what you plan on doing, why else would you want to know this) if you remove the alternator. My dad and I plan on replacing the belt on his '94 Voyager so I'll update you on how it goes.

there should be an automatic tentioner on the serp. if not look at the alt it will have slotted holes to loosen up
