An Amoeba has no definite shape or size because it uses amoeboid movement as a form of locomotion. In other words, the amoeba deforms its body into projections called pseudopods, or "false feet", which act like arms or feet (in a way) that slide over the surface the amoeba is currently on, later pulling the rest of the body and its organelles behind it. This process repeats all the time, only different parts of the amoeba are used as it's pseudopods, giving it, as I previously stated, no definite shape.

  1. I think the answer is cellular bacteria, and nuclear enclosed bacteria.
  2. I can't reallly think of a general structure of a protist, since Protista has the most diverse organisms. The only thing all of them have in common is that they are all eukaryotic.

it looks green and very very u-g-l-y =UGLY
Actually, some are green, particularly the algae, but there are many other colors, as well. For example, the amoebae are largely translucent. Also, "ugly" is in the eye of the beholder...I find protists to be fascinating, versatile creatures overall. Some, such as the amoebae, don't have a fixed form, changing shape as part of their locomotion (i.e., they look like blobs). Some are flagellated and swim by moving their flagella. Some, such as Paramecium, are ciliated and covered in what appear to be tiny hairs. Some are very tiny, on the order of 5 microns or less (5 millionths of a meter), and some, like Tetrahymena or Euglena, are comparitively enormous, hundreds of microns.

Amoeba. Amoebae change their shapes to engulf other things and send out "feet" to pull themselves along.
