it looks as if there are small cracks on the pulley side of the belt. If these are within 1/8" of one another you need a new belt NOW

Loosen the tensioner pulley. Slide the tensioner pulley to the right. The serpentine belt will come loose. Remove the serpentine belt. Reverse the process to install the new serpentine belt.

serpentine belt has nothing what so ever to do with break fluid.only reason it would leak thru serpentine belt replacement is if a brake line or part was broken by accident while installing belt

Check your Serpentine Belt and pulleys. The Serpentine Belt maybe in need of replacement.

You don't/can't. If the belt is loose it may need replacement, the belt tensioner might need replacement, or the belt isn't installed correctly. If the symptoms were given, it would be easier to answer this question.
