There is no silver in a common peso coin from 1976. If it is marked for a special event or is marked with .720 or some other number set it will have some silver. But regular Peso coins are very common and worth very little.... Beware of EBay sellers because they are ripping people off with common peso coins, and Ebay does nothing about it...
