What is the simplest diet for teenagers?

I am in my late teens and a few years ago, I desperately wanted to lose weight and trust me, the ONLY way to successfully lose weight as a teen is a healthy diet and daily exercise. I know it sounds tough, I mean, you're a teenager, you want to enjoy your teen years, but what I did was take an hour out of my day to exercise and I watched the food I ate (which actually isn't as bad as it sounds) and I list the pounds that pevented me from being who I really was and truly enjoying life. Everybody prefers to take some magic pill and have your dream body the next morning, but life doesnt work luke that. If you want the results, it will take time, devotion, and determination. My advice is: never lose your motivation and fall of the wagon, it takes a lot to get back on track.
