Is there a swimming pool in Central Park?

I was unable to find the exact size of Lasker Pool(perhaps someone else can update this answer later). But it is HUGE. According to the second Related Link, it can accommodate up to 1,824 people! See the first Related Link for pictures.

Yes, there is. Lasker Pool is located at the north end of Central Park (at around 110th Street, closer to the east side of the park). It's just a little bit west of the Harlem Meer.

You can't swim in the Central Park Lake, by the way. You'd get arrested.

According to Central Park's official website, Lasker Pool is open "from the end of June through Labor Day." No exact date in June is given, and there is no information number or email address.

No. Look at a map! There's no Golf course in the middle of central park! There is, however, a "great lawn". It looks like a golf course with multiple sand traps from above.
