Sloths are herbivores meaning they only eat plant materials. The spend most of the time up in trees eating leaves, but they only have to eat once a week! This is because of the slow digestive system. A sloths diet includes different nuts, berries, leaves, small twigs and mangoes and coconuts depending on the species. Such as the Three Toed Sloth enjoys a juicy mango or lucius coconut.
