OK, I've got it now.
Every insect has 3 complete bodies, with two facing the same direction and the third facing the opposite way.
Grasshoppers and purple spders are horizontally positioned, while the bees and lady beetles are vertically positioned.
With the tray in front of you, the left and front edges have the back of the following insects in this order: lady beetle, grass hopper, spider; bee, bee, grasshopper.
That should be enough to get you started. If you need anymore help, just yell. Its the hardest puzzle I've ever done and I spent days on it!
