CBS renewed 14 shows in March 2012. They had to cancel something. They cancelled Rob, Unforgettable, and CSI: Miami (all 3 shows got good ratings), because they felt they could do better. CBS is the most watched TV network in the USA. Unforgettable was a gimmick show; in which the the woman star, (Poppy Montgomery) remembered Everything, similar to Marilu Henner. The plots were standard, and the show did not get high enough ratings, considering the NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles lead ins. The show was not praised by the critics, similar to The Good Wife. The cancellation of Unforgettable was predicted by the web site: Zap2It, and TV By The Numbers weeks in advance. It was not a big surprise that the show was cancelled. I am positive that almost everyone associated with the show, (who worked in front of the camera, and who worked in back of the camera), will find work doing something else. They are all talented people and the show was not that good. It was a waste of their talents and abilities. If another network thought that Unforgettable was worth a second chance, they would renew it, similar to Turner Television giving ABC's Cougar Town a second chance and Comedy Central giving Fox's Futurama a second chance.
