Catholic Answer

.

Assuming that you are referring to the lectern, which is a stand used for the books at Mass, there are usually permanent ones in the sanctuary and a small portable one is used sometimes on the altar to hold the books.

.

from Modern Catholic Dictionary by John A. Hardon, S.J. Doubleday & Co., Inc. Garden City, NY 1980

Lectern. A movable reading desk of wood or metal to support the sacred books used in liturgical ceremonies. When stationary they are sometimes elaborately decorated; those in English churches were conspicuous with eagles with outspread wings and other massive carvings. Two were frequently used, one on the Gospel and the other on the Epistle side of the sanctuary. Since the Second Vatican Council many churches have separate lecterns on either side of the sanctuary: one for the celebrant and the other for the lector of the Mass. A small folding support, sometimes called a lectern, os often placed on the altar to hold the Sacramentary [the Missal] or gospel book during Mass.

In Greek, the name of the icon stand is "analogion"; in Russian it is "analoi". Both terms are used in English.

I'm not sure what you are asking here. A "stand", could be the ambo or pulpit, the lectern, the altar, you need to be more specific.

Can an Anglican Catholic priest say Mass at a Roman Catholic Church?

The Anglican Church is not called the Anglican Catholic Church, and the Catholic Church is not formally known as the Roman Catholic Church even though the Vatican is indeed located in Rome. Your question therefore would more accurately read, can an Anglican priest say Mass at a Catholic Church. The answer is, the Catholic religion does not allow Anglican priests to officiate at their rituals. The Anglican Church, despite being extremely similar to the Catholic Church in most respects, is nonetheless regarded by Catholicism as a heretical schism.
