Once upon a time, there lived a little old woman. One day she decied to bake a gingerbraed man to eat. But as soon as she took him out of the oven, the gingerbread man got up and ran out of the open window. The old woman shouted to him "Stop! Stop! I want to eat you!" but the ginger man was too fast for her. he ran on saying " run. run as fast as you can, you carnted catch me , I'm the gingerbraed man!.

Soon afterwards, the ginger braed man met a pig. "Stop! Stop! I want to eat you!" called the pig, but the ginger man was too fast for him. He ran on saying " run. run as fast as you can, you carnted catch me , I'm the gingerbread man!.

Then the ginger bread man came arcoss a cow. "Stop! Stop! I want to eat you!" called the cow, but the ginger man was too fast for him. He ran on saying " run. run as fast as you can, you carnted catch me , I'm the gingerbread man!.

Soon, the ginger bread man raeches a river. "Oh no!" he thought " how will I get across!?" he was in trouble now because the old woman, the pig and the cow were still chasing after him!

A sly fox came out of the bushes. "Hey little gingerbread man" said the fox, "do you want me to help you along the river?" The ginger man replied: as long as you don't eat me!" So he jumped onto the foxes back and the fox started to swim aross the river. Soon, the gingerbread man started to get wet. "Climb onto my back" said the fox. So that is what the gingerbread man did. As the fox swam on, he complained that he was tired, so the gingerbread man moved onto the foxes nose. But as soon as they swam to the other side, even before the gingerbread man could thank him, the fox throw him up in the and strait into his mouth.
